There's a new ugly bar at the top of the timeline which shows trending topics, specifically featured ones. (ie. Advertising) It's black and really stands out in a bad way.
Also, for those who care, you have to use twitter's url shortening service now. There's no more selection available.
The new photo attaching feature is really nice though.
