I hope that this is a case of blowing the dust off of the previous offer and tweaking a few specific things. If the whole offer fell through because of some wording, reassurances, etc., then I don't have a problem with it.
That being said, some have suggested that there may be some mistrust between the Tsuu Tina people and their leadership, which may prove to be the nail in the coffin for that route.
If they're ready to accept the same offer as the last one (with some minor tweaks), that would give us the best ring road option. Truly a win-win-win between the nation, the people of Calgary, and the neighbourhoods nearby. But if this is a case of going back to the drawing board completely, we might as well forget it.
