I called Telus to see if I could sign up for Optik, but they said all the ports are full in my neighborhood, but that I can get the Telus Satellite service.

Any one else get this response, and if so what should I do. Should I wait for a port to open up, or just go with satellite for now and trust that Telus will change me over in a timely manner. How quickly does Telus add ports to match demand.

Of course, my other choice is to sign up for Shaw service.
