Actually, Motorola's Xoom is the first Honeycomb tablet, and it was just released earlier in the week. Reviews for it have been somewhat underwhelming. There are a lot of good things about it, but: the is only a 3G version available right now (no wifi, but it is coming). The UI is different - some like it some hate it. The screen isn't as sharp as would be expected for the price. The price is higher than the iPad. Apparently there were a few crashes of apps, not atrocious, but more than would be expected. And the app store is still too new for there to be many apps.
I was hoping the Xoom would be more of an option, but right now it seems like it would be better to wait for a software update and those seem to be on 5 month cycles. So while it may turn out to be as good or better than iPad2, the current incarnation appears to have been a bit rushed.
