IIRC in January of 92 or 93....the high never got above -18 and most every night was below -30. it was the first time i had seen cars frozen to the road and couldnt move. Maybe time has warped my sense of memory but i do remember how brutal it was.
I miss calgary dearly, but man i sure dont miss that kind of weather at all.
