Installing a Heavy Bag
Hi all,
Just looking for some tips on installing a 100lb heavy bag in my undeveloped basement. I'm considering some 4x4 blocking secured with lag bolts in between my floor joists, but I'm a little apprehensive about doing this and then having it come down and damaging my joists/hardwood flooring above. Any tips/suggestions would be great...pictures of setups would be even better! I have looked at some options for purchasing brackets online, but I'm trying to do this on a small budget.
