That's just the idiocy of Margie and Luke for ya. They did that in their season quite a bit too with the cheerleaders. Some people I think have a hard time saying no when confronted for help. You'll see that a lot less once the crowd thins I believe.

Even with the help the other teams received there's no way the cowboys should be where they are ... it's a simple puzzle. Reminds me of how they blew it in their season when they couldn't figure out the virtual reality puzzle.
