I know they are the same company, but once I was looking for a couple things, and could only find one at Futureshop. So I put the other back (yes, I actually went back to the shelf and replaced it) and went to the Best Buy. The BB didn't have the missing item, but the connector was $1 less. ($3.50 vs $4.50, a pretty fair percentage).

When BB initially bought FS, I read that they were going to try and change the 'niche' of FS to the lower end, but that there would always be product overlap.
