There are viruses that name themselves csrss.exe even though Windows has a file named that as well. The real one lives in the system32 directory, so this one was probably a virus that was deleted by a virus scan.
To stop windows from trying to run it try this:
Quote:
- Click Start > Run.
- Type regedit
Then click OK.
- Navigate to the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run
- In the right pane, find the entry that matches the path of the errors:
"something" = "%System%\zvjyoy\csrss.exe"
- Delete that individual entry

Keep in mind that editing the registry is dangerous and doing the wrong thing can cause the system to not work properly, so if they're not comfortable doing it and the system is running fine otherwise you might want to wait until someone who's done this before has a chance to look at it.
