My cousin is having an issue with his computer. When he goes to reboot, he gets the following messages:
1) "windows cannot find 'C:\Windows\system32\zvjyoy\csrss.exe.' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click start, then search.
2) Could not load or run 'C:\Windows\system32\zvjyoy\csrss.exe.' specified in the regisrty. Make sure the file exists.
He is running Windows XP home w/ service pack #2.
Any suggestions?
