Park the clean diaper on top of the fire-hydrant while cleaning everything else -- that way you don't get sprayed. ICU nurse taught me that one

And here's a nice thought to put in your head: If you turn each diaper into the GENIE nice and tight, you end up with a nice string of "sausages" when it's time to clean it out. Helps with the smell too. (Although the Lysol spray is the best remedy). Aren't they great little machines?
