I've only met 1 NHL player in person - I met Marty McSorley at a surf shop in Huntington Beach. I think I had a Team Canada toque on, cause he asked me where I was from and when I replied, 'Calgary' - He gave me a smirk and a look like he was going to jersey me in the store. Thankfully he just laughed and he had some small talk about living in Socal and surfing. BIG dude and pretty cool guy
