I would just take it back in, tell them the problem they will probably do what they can, I have always had good service at ME.

I doubt your HDD is fried, it's being a typical computer lol I had to go into the bios setup and remove the drives, and let windows setup detect them, and kept it that way before my new pc would run. I also had to unplug my other drives til i was done installing and now it works.. PC's are real bitches sometimes.
