Well, he already said he doesn't think the father or brothers should be angry so at this point I have absolutely no idea what he's trying to say.
Things I've said that he's already shot down as being what he meant:
Anger from father brother
better parenting/brothering either thru mentoring or direct intervention
she is devoid of responsibility
So if it is none of these then what is it?
Shame? Violence? That seems weird if he doesn't even think they should be angry.
