Memory Express Question
I bought the main componants (M-board, processor, case, basically everything but HD and DVD-R) of my PC from them in August, and just had to take it back to them with a faulty motherboard. Since I got the computer back on Thursday, it's had nothing but problems. I didn't do anything to it until I tried to re-format, and now windows won't even try to install on it. It crashes every time, and I've even tried two different windows xp disks...
So here's my question. I can't prove that there weren't problems before, but since I got it back from the shop, I figure it was something they did to fry my HD. I did buy it used from a fellow CPer, but obviously not covered by them. Do I have a leg to stand on to try and get them to replace my hard drive?
I know without proof I probably don't, but I'm sure someone here has gone through this same ordeal, or heard of someone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
