I've met many NHL players but not very many embarrassing stories.

Perhaps the best would be as a kid in the early 90s after a game at the Dome my friend and I were lining up for autographs from the visiting Kings afterwards. The most coveted autograph was Gretzky's but the team was in a rush to catch their bus so he only signed a few. Because I didn't get an autograph I just reached out with my sharpie and slashed a big black line down his suit as he rushed by.
