Glad to hear all of the efforts being made by the CP'ers out there.... !!
The only question I have for those quitting is whether you think the addiction is mostly mental, physical or a combo 50/50?
I mentioned before about the Allan Carr book and how it worked for me. I can only speak for myself that I KNOW for me that it was mental. People love to crow about how the physical addiction is way worse. I totally understand that feeling but I challenge you to read the book, Allan Carr's 'Easy Way to Quit Smoking' and not be convinced it is ALL a head game. Change your mind=Change your life is my philosophy.. the body will follow suit very quickly.
The only difference between where I'm at and where you smokers are at is a simple rethinking...That's right, simple. Read the book and you'll see those pangs you THINK are there disappear.
I suppose I seem to be like a born again christian or a reformed alcoholic with 'all the answers' but all I'm doing is passing along the key that was given to me. Buy the damn book and be free! SO F"N EASY !!
Best of luck to you all..
