A couple of things that helped me were long walks and physical activity. It not only keeps your mind off it for a while, but it keeps your metabolism up. Also, you will notice how your energy level and breathing has improved. When I noticed those benefits, it made me more driven.
Another thing that helped me was not playing video games for a while. I always felt like smoking after playing them for a while.
