If people only buy from vendors they already use, merchants will have no incentive to use Dealfind, since they'd just be paying dealfind a fee to discount to their existing customers.
Ultimately, the blurb on their home page and the fine print in their return policy suggests they should honour Rudd's request. If the other fine print in the T&Cs contradicts that, maybe they don't legally have to, but they still should.
