After the poor service at Koncept Autoworks, have you called and told them about your poor experience? If so, what was their response?

Another thing to keep in mind is Koncept Autoworks is a licensed Napa AutoPro dealer and follow Napa's strict coverage warranty. If you're not happy with Koncep Autowork's service, you can bring your car to any one of Napa AutoPro's 600 locations in North America to honour their warranty.
