You guys these deals are just marketing. Companies pay Dealfind, Groupon, Calgary Herald (print ads), QR77 (radio ads), CTV (television ads), Google (Internet ads), etc. to market their products to you. If you have a problem, go to the company that provided you with the product or service, not to the company through which they advertised.

Companies do not pay Dealfind any money. They receive cheques from Dealfind when the deal is done. That's the difference. If Koncept paid Dealfind to advertise, then that is a different story and Ruddstudd would have no claim against Dealfind.
