I have to side with ruddstudd on this one. Dealfind took a portion of his money up front when he purchased the voucher. The Dealfind ad stated:
Package includes car detailing package, including exterior pre-rinse, wash, door and trunk jambs wiped, vacuum of carpets, seats, mats, trunk and cargo area, floor mats, wiping and shining of dash and console areas and interior door panels, windows cleaned, plus an oil, lube and filter change, 40 point inspection and tire rotation. SUV's, trucks and vans are an additional $15 charge. Oil change includes up to 4.5 litres of conventional oil (5w30 or 10w30).
Not only did he not receive the detailing job, they lost his mats and they screwed up his oil change. Dealfind states in their refund policy:
Dealfind proudly offers you a complete refund for up to 30 days after your purchase, if our deal doesn't live up to your expectations. There, we said it. It's out there.
I think ruddstudd is perfectly within his rights to complain to Dealfind and should expect Dealfind to give him a refund to rectify the problem. I'm pretty sure this deal did NOT live up to ruddstudd's expectations.
