I have made the decision to finally quit smoking.

My end date will be in 12 minutes, I am seriously going outside and having my final cigarette. This past week my mother was diagnosed with COPD, and she is still smoking.
Yes, as sad as that sounds, she is STILL smoking!

I don't want that life, I want to be healthy again.

So, here goes nothing. I am done with the cravings, I am done with the need to have nicotine in my body.

It's good to know that there are other people going through the same struggle as myself.
