Rathji, I see you are on a battle to detour the contact of a company that specializes in this stuff but just take a second to absorb some things.

They are specialists that have evolved since your time when an icecream cone only cost a nickel and school was uphill both ways.

I have used POINTTS over 10 times and have either:

-accepted their cost and been represented for a demerit related ticket and won 100%
-accepted their cost and been represented for a non-demerit related ticket and won 100%
-listened to their FREE assessment and chosen to deal with it myself using some of the recommendations they provided for FREE and won 100%

The payments are always cheaper than the ticket cost and the only time I've lost a single demerit was when I used a POINTTS competitor that was recommended by a friend and he could only get my penalty slightly reduced.

My speculation is that they are basically buddies with the Crown and have a fast walk in/walk out with instant results.
