I had quit about 7 years ago, and stayed quit for 4 years. One problem, I got totally hooked on nicorette. So then I tried Zyban, and I was having dreams that would have put a Clive Barker film to shame. Full on demonic, dismemberment, torture getting skinned alive stuff. Brutally, terrifying, nightmares. Smoking and dying a premature death was better than having those dreams every night. That is the only reason I have been hesitant about champix. I have seriously cut back since I started working out again. Down to about 5 a day, with nicorette support. But now, as happened to me a few years back, I find I am craving the gum more than the smokes. Nicotine is frikkin evil.
