Absolutely right. I just wish we could actually choose the best ISP and not the least worst one. Shaw used to fill that role in my mind, and hopefully they can regain some trust and return to it. Has there been any word of ways you can give feedback? I have a few ideas that I wouldn't mind being heard. Although, I bet you anything they read every word of this thread (among others).
Interesting note: a google of "Shaw UBB forum" comes up with the first 2 results being this thread.
