Seriously though, there are a ton of day camps around that could fill some of that time. Check the Parks and Rec website or in your surrounding communities, they might have something posted for summer already. I assume that it won't be enough to fill his entire day but a leisure center/YMCA 10 time pass would work as well, I know my 14 year old niece swears by the YMCA in Crowfoot as a Friday night activity.
