Dentists ARE real doctors. They goto medical school for parts of their schooling and have many of the same courses and requirements before they branch off and specialize into dentistry. They are just focused on the mouth and teeth like a podiatrist focuses on feet.
My friends and relatives who are dentists interned at hospitals in Edmonton and Melbourne because regular doctors do not have the expertise when it comes to the mouth.

The reason for my jab at dentists is that they (throught their Dental Associtasion institutions) have fully endorsed the ingestion of an industrial waste and not respecting the work of brain doctors, cancer doctors etc. who are revealing this stuff to be detrimental to our health.
