As I said, sometimes the taste just kills me so I am looking for a good balance.

For the longest time I used Iso-Flex:

The Peanut Butter Chocolate tastes great with Milk or Water. It mixes really well with either, I prefer nice ice cold Skim Milk though.

I use one of these if I am mixing it with water to make sure it breaks up good:

Little ball inside actually does wonders to break up the product and help it blend, I use it for all my stuff btw. One cup should do you and last you for a long time, worthwhile investment. Very leak proof as well, unlike Pop Eyes free ones.

The main problem with Isoflex is I haven't found it on a discount site that I trust yet.. so it is expensive. But it is by far the best I have come across, I actually just tried some new stuff out with my last barrel and am very upset. Stay away from the pure chocolate, it never tastes good to me.

This stuff.. I tried the Chocolate, because it was cheaper than Isoflex by quite a bit with the site discount.. wont ever buy it again. BB.com has this rated as their top seller.. so dont be afraid to give a smaller jug a try. I am sure the other flavours aren't as gross.

Most Whey Protein will do the samething, just make sure you watch the amount of sugar, there is never a need to pay the top dollar unless you find a taste you really like.
