I'm fairly certain that a thread about supplements warrants the discussion of the efficacy of them.

There are so many people that take whatever their buddy or some guy on the internet suggests, I'm just trying to bring some logic to the topic.

Now for my sake, do you care to divulge the specific quantity of protein one may need? Or where one can find this information? I'm sure many of the people who will read this thread would find that information very useful. It would be pretty useless to be spending so much on supplements (which a lot of you who take so many are so quick to admit) when you don't even need them!
