You're complaining about the price but I would guess you're getting a lot more protein than you could possible need. What do you know about creatine? Glutamine? Do you need them?

Also, for something to taste good and have no sugar, it obviously has artificial sweeteners. If you're worried about your health then you should question some of the fillers they put in simple supplements such as protein. Many of the additives/supplements, etc, that at one time were considered safe are now off of shelves. Even a "safe" sweetener such as sucralose still lacks a lot of research to back it. And that's not even getting into the aspartames and the acesulfame-potassiums.
I don't particularly want to derail this thread, but from my research, my degree of activity, metabolism, size and other factors, I consume what I feel is the right for me. So yes, I am well aware of how much I need.

And yes, I have done a lot of research on creatine and glutamine and for me, I notice a difference.

I am not concerned about sweeteners at all. I am well aware of the research.

If you want to create a thread on the merits of supplementation or nutrition, by all means, fill your boots.... this isn't the thread.
