You're complaining about the price but I would guess you're getting a lot more protein than you could possible need. What do you know about creatine? Glutamine? Do you need them?

Also, for something to taste good and have no sugar, it obviously has artificial sweeteners. If you're worried about your health then you should question some of the fillers they put in simple supplements such as protein. Many of the additives/supplements, etc, that at one time were considered safe are now off of shelves. Even a "safe" sweetener such as sucralose still lacks a lot of research to back it. And that's not even getting into the aspartames and the acesulfame-potassiums.
Dude you just can't help yourself, can you. A lot of protein? How do you figure? He didn't post any numbers, heck he says he takes half the serving. But nooo you've got to poke your head in screaming too much! Too funny.

BW, your supplements seem fine to me, although I would take half of the creatine before workout and other half after workout. I don't take it anymore though, right now I'm on whey only. Stuff is obscenely expensive here.
