Yeah, it's called globalism.
And as far as the C.I.A. goes, I have noticed you always use the "they are incompetent" excuse, and that is fine but I just don't believe it.
The CIA has been extensively involved in alot of political upheaval in South America, Sout-East Aisa etc. Just because we don't know what they are doing this very day, it always comes out years later when documents become de-classified.
