i've never used their online stuff, but but i did up pics for my games room they did an awesome job. i just took a dvd in and made the photos from my files - lots of different sizes - and they were great.
here's a shot of pics in my games room....
the top center two pics (lanny hoisting the cup and the black & white of the dome) i bought - the other six pics are all files i had printed off at london drugs.
if you have a lot to do you might want to wait for a sale. i fluked out and the day before i went to get stuff done they had a 2-for-1 sale and that saved me a crap load of $$ (i think i did around 30 photos and the smallest size was an 8"x10")
