Then it would be a better ring as it would properly connect up to Hwy 8 and Sarcee, but it would also not be 100% on Tsu Tina land and there wouldn't be the worry about the burial grounds, (presuming the burial grounds aren't on the site of the old army base).

The land the Army used was on reserve land that was leased to the federal government. When CFB Calgary was closed, the land was returned to the Tsuu T'ina. Everything southwest of the Glenmore/37th corner is reserve land.
