Horrible, just horrible. And don't tell me that it is the persons fault. People have mental lapses, some people are vision or hearing impaired, there is a whole host of thing that can occur to cause someone to lose concentration and make a mistake. And in Calgary, that mistake can cost your life. Who ever designed the C-Train infrastructure should be taken out and shot, it's shameful.
