The only one that makes any sense is Route 4 - South on 37th street, across the reservoir.
It's the cheapest, the safest (furthest from the water intake) and it actually accomplishes what the Ring Road is meant to do. With the cost savings, the portion of the road through Weaselhead could be elevated high enough to reduce the impact to peoples' enjoyment of the park. Anyone who's ever been under the Stony Tr. bridge at the west end of Bowness Park knows that if a highway is high enough, you can barely hear it from the ground.
