For longer stays I would recommend using Park 2 Go.

-Book Online
-Pull up to their lot
-An attendant comes over, gives you a card with your reservation number
-Right into the shuttle bus to the airport
-When you get back you call the number and give them your reservation number
-Shuttle picks you up and your car is started and waiting for you

Very nice when returning during colder temperatures. I think a 10 day stay was about $100. They also have what they call the "9 minute hassle free drop off guarantee". They certainly had us at the terminal that quick.
