Its interesting that thats where Kuyt prefers to play but almost newver does, they prefer to keep him out wide and put just about anyone else in the middle, even David Nogoal.
He and Meireles were great talking points, Meireles is something I'm going to completely have to give Hodgson credit for, if absolutely nothing else he may have done for this club he left us with a key rebuilding piece in our midfield.
That, and I was once again very impressed by the Greek God of War and Towering Headers!
Another thing I am supremely pleased with, is the King, and his dedication to the club and re-establishing the Liverpool way:
