Since CP knows all....

I'm looking for a new tool that tracks IT related projects and requests as well as manages time.

I wouldn't say I'm looking for a Help Desk tool necessarily, but can include that feature also.

I realize this isn't the fun tech stuff that we normally discuss here, but there's enough techies out there in CP land that might have some good exposure.

Let me know what you've seen/used and liked.
