So I'm going to be picking this up, I started getting serious about my weight/health about a year ago and have dropped a good amount of weight, but I want to take it to the next level.
Can anyone recommend a good starter set of weights, chin up bar etc to use with the program?
To lose weight and get in shape I've focused mostly of cardio, walking, running, swimming etc, so a bit lost when it comes to building muscles.
