Easier to go the other way around. Put the DIR-628 into bridge or wireless access point mode.
Unless, of course, you can easily put the Actiontek modem/router unit into bridge mode, but my 30 second googling suggests this isn't easy. And if you've got Optik TV, I bet using it in bridge mode would make getting any kind of tech support hell.
