Default Routing / Networking Question

I've got the Telus Actiontek modem/router and a D-Link DIR-628. Clients include a Vista HTPC, MacBook Pro, iPhone, and Win7 laptop.

The DIR-628 is operating in 5Ghz mode (doesn't support simultaneous dual-band). I require the 5Ghz for streaming HD from the MacBook Pro to the HTPC.

Of course the iPhone only connects at 2.4Ghz and therefore must connect via the Actiontek 2.4Ghz.

What I want is to have the DIR-628 handle the IP assignment, and have it share a subnet with the Actiontek, so that all clients can be on the same 192.168.1.x subnet.

I hope that's enough information. Any suggestions?
