I work out hard and I am maintaining my weight so for bulking I can't help you, but usually I have (in this order so it blends easily)

-banana
-frozen berries
-a tiny bit of milk for texture (or yogurt)
-a crap load of organic spinach (you can't even taste it)
-water
-pure fruit juice (expensive but worth it)
-flax seed

this is great not only after a workout but for breakfast, put it in a mug and you are off to work/school with nitro fuel for your body. I have tried protein powders, supplements and all that nonsense and have found that to get real results and a real solid looking body the absolute best way to go is to eat 100% natural foods. The more steps it had between being taken from the ground to you eating it the worse it is for you. You can bulk using many different methods but the difference is overall health.
