If you ingest 50 grams of protein after a workout about 3/4 of that is going to be released through your urine as the body can only handle X amount of protein. I will look through my physiology books but essentially there is little to no benefit to a lot of the really high protein shakes. You may say it has given you great results, but it is also possible that those results would have happened regardless. Past that 1000 kcal is a huge number for most people. Absolutely huge and I would imagine that there is a lot of fat and a hell of a lot of sugars, which are the last things that you should be eating post workout. Try and have some complex carbs post workout rather than processed sugars.
