I think this has been a huge bounce back season for the show with a ton of great episodes. It's not S2-S3 funny and it never will be, but it's still without question one of the best comedies on tv.
I use to be a huge Will Ferell fan before he blew up and started doing a ton of awful moves. I think the Office could be a perfect show for him though, that caters to his type of comedy.

The Office made a huge comeback this year, way better than the previous 2 seasons.
Very excited to see Ferrell for 4 episodes!!
