I'm looking for a specific website where graphic designers bid on jobs posted. It's kind of in a forum format where someone logs in, sets forth their budget, details what kind of logo they want and then people compete for the gig and post their work.

I know that's fairly vague, I just can't seem to find it at all. It was years ago that I saw it, so it may not even exist anymore.

Hope someone can help.
