Beautiful Widgets - Awesome clock/weather, I've spent $2 on worse things.
Elixir - Great widgets (and free!), just wish it had a couple of the toggle widgets that Beautiful has (vibrate and silent, instead of just airplane mode), so I ended up with some widgets from each app, but made it look decent.
ADW Launcher - meh, kind of slow and not very customizable (apparently the EX version is miles better, but costs. Anyone used it?)
Launcher Pro - does most things I could want, pretty cool, think I'll keep it for a while.
