I can do a bit of handyman stuff. I picture myself as a handyman but know better since I get frustrated when it doesn't work the way I want it to work. Since repairs will be covered by insurance, I've been told to have it fixed and submit the invoice. So rather than me fart around with it for a day in the bitter cold, I'd rather hire someone who knows what they are doing.

I don't know how good this would be, but you could always go buy it at home depot and have them install it?
let me know how it works out and who you went with as I need to replace a door pretty soon as well.
