Teams need their QB to be a leader, and to me it didn't look the Bears had a leader on the sidelines in Cutler.

Exactly what he said, it doesn't matter if people like or don't like Cutler, his demeanor when on the sidelines was pathetic, especially from a fans point of view. The optics of the whole situation just doesn't work in Cutler's favor. And the fact that his teammates stuck up for him doesn't hold any weight for me because they are saying what we expect them to say.
As for the NFL players that tweeted about Cutler, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, just not sure Twitter was the proper outlet for something like that.
